Functions of the Committee

1. Developing general strategies for implementing quality in the faculty  .

2. Supervising the preparation and implementation of the college’s strategic plans in its various departments  .

3. Spreading the culture of quality among the faculty employees and holding seminars, meetings and workshops in the field of quality .

4. Adoption and follow-up of academic and administrative performance standards and indicators by the various university units  .

5. Draw up future strategies necessary to develop the skills of the faculty staff to achieve creativity and excellence in teaching  .

6. Submit periodic reports to the Dean of the College on what has been done by the head of the committee
