Given the university's awareness of the importance of developing an effective cooperation network based on the basis of knowledge cooperation at the local and international levels, in order to help it reach scientific excellence, the President of the University decided, in his decision No. 39/052/18796 of 5L3L1439, to establish the Partnerships and Agreements Unit, which is related to the University's Vice President for Development and Quality.
The Partnerships and Agreements Unit seeks to build effective partnerships that help the university to achieve scientific excellence at the local and global levels.
The Partnerships and Agreements Unit seeks to promote and support an effective field of cooperation, to contribute to building a high-quality academic environment that meets the needs of the labor market and meets the research needs of the community.
