1- Striving to unify efforts in the female section by working as one team. 2- Activating the role of technology in order to improve the level of performance. 3- Paying attention to developing the university environment in all its facilities. 4- Observance of quality standards and institutional accreditation when providing all services. 5- Setting appropriate plans for development, monitoring implementation, documentation, measurement and evaluation. 6- Working on developing the performance of faculty members and female employees through training courses. 7- Creating educational programs compatible with the requirements of the labor market. 8- Exchanging administrative, technical and scientific experiences with bodies inside and outside the university. 9- Activating local and international events with the local community. 10- Making decisions based on studies and continuous evaluation.
