- Preparing forms for all academic procedures in the unit.
- Supervising the registration of students in the training courses.
- Issuing certificates and approving them from the concerned authorities.
- Limiting attendance to training courses.
- Analyzing the performance of trainees according to the form prepared by the unit.
- Determining the trainers for the training courses.
- Preparing academic reports for the unit.
- Follow up on academic matters for course students.
