Mission and vision

Vision:

That the Media and Public Relations Unit deliver the college’s mission and perform its duty inside and outside the University College in Duba and outside it to reach its program and outputs to leadership and a prominent level.

The message:

Shedding light on the educational and research programs at the University College in Duba, documenting its activities and activities, and publishing news, events and circulars approved by the university’s media channels, represented by the university’s website, Median newspaper and display screens inside the college’s corridors, to contribute to building a generation based on knowledge in the development of his community and his country in accordance with the educational policy The Department of Public Relations and University Media looks forward to building a good reputation and creating a positive mental image of the university in all segments of society, individuals and institutions, and to gain their credibility and confidence, and strive to reach the highest levels of university belonging to all its employees.


Objectives

1. Provide all approved informational and news materials related to the college in preparation for its announcement, publication, and documentation.

2. Supervising the college’s website.

3. Posting advertisements and news on the university’s display screens, the website, the university’s press file, and the Median newspaper.

4. Follow-up and documentation of everything published about the college in the media, in newspapers, magazines, and others.

5. Design college announcements as needed.

6. Preparing a quarterly report on the unit’s work, including the achievements and any difficulties or obstacles that prevented the achievement of the desired goals and proposals to overcome them and improve and develop the work. It is submitted to the Dean before the end of each academic year.

7. Participating in the preparation and organization of various events and events within the college.

8. Introducing the college, its departments, activities and various facilities to all different segments and groups of society and making the name of the college accessible to all

9. Strengthening communication and communication links and enhancing partnership and cooperation between the college and government and private agencies, organizations, companies and other educational establishments.
