The tasks of the committee to prepare and follow up the strategic plan • To formulate the vision and mission of the college and the college’s goals in line with the university’s plan and its values, along with proposing mechanisms for implementing these goals.
• A comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the college, while identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. • Reviewing the college’s vision, mission, values, and goals, and reformulating them whenever the need arises.
• Preparing an annual report on what has been accomplished of the college’s strategic plan, and submitting it to the Quality and Development Unit.
