Department tasks
Installing operating systems and supporting systems and preparing them to work
Monitor systems, monitor the performance of operating systems and auxiliary systems, and solve the problems associated with them
Supervising the internal application servers, following them up, and doing the necessary maintenance for them to work in a manner that ensures their continuity and efficiency
Defining the new systems and transferring them from the experimental environment to the production environment
Managing databases in terms of linking them to programs, preparing them for work, maintaining them and updating them
Coordination with other departments in the Deanship to work on raising the level of services provided by the Deanship
Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Systems and Programs on the current situation and suggest plans to develop the department
Follow-up of software and application licenses and submitting recommendations to renew licenses that are about to expire
Any other tasks assigned to the systems department
