About the unit
The exams and evaluation unit at the English Language Center seeks to meet educational and societal needs by developing high-quality tests and establishing a distinguished evaluation system for students based on flexibility in application in line with the plans set by the university in its constant endeavor to be one of the most prestigious universities in the region in accordance with the standards of scientific knowledge and Technology. It is known that providing technical support and support to expertise in the field of evaluation and tests in accordance with the highest international standards in addition to Providing data, statistics and information that can be enlightened by a faculty member in improving the educational process constitutes one of the most important pillars of the university's academic qualification. Among the tasks of the unit is preparing, scheduling and supervising exams, coordinating with the various authorities within the university regarding periodic and final exams for all students (Deanship of Admission and Registration - Security and Safety Department - Maintenance Department), and full preparation for all exam needs (correction device - answer sheets forms - exam requirements. Preparing statistical reports on periodic and final results to improve the teaching and learning process.
Unit tasks
One of the most important tasks of the Testing and Evaluation Unit is to establish highly credible tests to ensure quality and excellence in performance. The ultimate goal of the Examinations and Assessment Unit is to fully supervise the testing process at the University of Tabuk with regard to English language courses under the umbrella of the English Language Center, (i.e. writing tests, supervising the progress of paper or electronic exams, analyzing grades and providing feedback to the faculty member ... ... etc)
