Dr Ahmed Mohsen Hamdan graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy - Alexandria University - Egypt in May 2001 with a grade of Distinction honor
He was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plant Chemistry at Misr International University from September 2022 until September 2005
He got his PhD from Faculty of Pharmacy - Kyushu University, Japan in March 2011
He got a post-doctoral researcher position in Department of Biological rhythm in the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and Chemistry, Göttingen, Germany From September 2011- September 2013 receiving a grant to develop the education in the Middle East from the Institute
He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy -University of Tabuk from March 2014-
The research interests of Dr Hamdan are summarized in the biological cycle and its effects on drug manufacturing (Chronopharmaceutics) and therapeutics (Chronotherapeutics especially in the neurodegenerative disorders and cancer)
