I got graduated in Event management with a Bachelor degree from King Abdulaziz University
I worked in the most important hotels and the most important hotel departments in Jeddah
I Started my career in The Ritz Carlton hotel in Food and Beverage department as Waiter for one year and i worked in Hilton - Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq, as Coordinator in Housekeeping department
From both roles I learned how to execute standards, especially under pressure and in a multi-tasking role, I have met and served royalty, CEOs & VIPs
My research interests include Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hospitality and Tourism Industry, Event management , Operation management, customer satisfaction & How to create a unique customer experience
I aspire to contribute to Vision 2030 by teaching my students what will help them to provide a unique service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and improve the quality of customer service and hospitality
